These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the 835bd website located at 835bd.bet, including all associated betting markets, casino games, payment services, promotional offers, customer support channels, and any other features or services offered by 835bd (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and players on the Platform.

Where prohibited conduct is identified, 835bd may freeze account funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit any right to withdraw funds held in their account at the time of closure.

In cases of compulsory closure due to verified fraud or prohibited conduct, 835bd reserves the right to retain the account balance pending investigation and, where appropriate, to remit funds to relevant authorities or financial institutions. In all other cases of compulsory closure, 835bd will make reasonable efforts to return legitimate real-money balances to the player via their registered payment method.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 835bd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether planned (maintenance) or unplanned (technical failure, force majeure);
• Any loss of data, account information, or transaction history resulting from technical failures or events outside 835bd's reasonable control;

• Any actions taken by 835bd in good faith to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML), know-your-customer (KYC), or responsible gaming obligations, including account suspension or fund holds during verification;

835bd's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player to their 835bd account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes 835bd's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.

The validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the 835bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between the player and 835bd with respect to the subject matter herein and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict between the English version and any translated version (where applicable), the English text shall prevail.
